Cancellation : Though we will endeavour to supply all orders placed and accepted on this website ,order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on Tutto Teas & Gifts to supply. We reserve the right to cancel or offer a substitute with notice .Our obligations will be limited to protections provided by the consumer guarantees act 1993 and the fair trading act 1986 .In the event we are unable to supply or have to cancel an order the payment will be refunded in accordance with the consumer guarantees act 1993.
