Returns /Refunds policy

We accept returns for the following:

• Manufacturing faultsDamaged prior to delivery
• Incorrectly supplied.
• Goods must be returned with original packaging and condition.

Refunds will not be given for a change of mind but we will exchange an item for you .

Please note return shipping on change of mind will be at your expense and original shipping costs will not be refunded.This includes our cost on the free shipping option .Refunds must be authorized and in the case of exchange for change of mind the goods must have original unopened packaging.

Buyers must notify Tutto Teas and Gifts within 7 days of receiving items for returns ,refunds and exchanges.
